Once an offer has been accepted London Prime has the ability to manage the entire purchase process for you, all the way through to completion. At this stage we can recommend a solicitor if required, surveyor, architect and/or structural engineer to act on your behalf. We can also act as first point of call for all relevant parties on your behalf, including lawyers, mortgage brokers, banks, estate agents, and so on.
Once contracts have been exchanged, we then make any neccessary arrangements that might be required prior to completion. For example, for an investment property this could be preparing the property for the market, or for a development, coordinating design and build works.
